Amy Louise Acker (lahir 5 Disember 1976) ialah pelakon wanita Amerika Syarikat. Beliau mula dikenali sejak membintangi siri televisyen Angel dan Kelly Peyton dalam Alias. Amy juga memegang watak Samantha "Root" dalam Person of Interest.[1][2][3]
