Baclayon atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Baclayon merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Bohol, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 22,461 dalam isi rumah 5,096.
