Balagtas atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Balagtas merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Bulacan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 77,018 dalam isi rumah 19,461.
