Baliwag atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Baliwag merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Bulacan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 168,470 dalam isi rumah 43,789.
