suntingPada 16 Mac 2015, Disney mengumumkan filem ini akan dikeluarkan dalam 3D pada 17 Mac 2017.[5] Penyampaian rasmi pertama dari filem ini berlangsung di Disney tiga hari, D23 Expo pada Ogos 2015.[6]

suntingMenyusul pengumuman pada 22 Mei 2016,[7] Disney menayangkan treler pertama rasmi dalam rancangan Good Morning America keesokan harinya.[8] Dalam 24 jam pertama, treler mencapai 91.800.000 tontonan, yang menduduki puncak jumlah tampilan dalam sejarah, termasuk untuk teaser filem-filem lain edaran oleh Disney seperti Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Captain America: Civil War dan Avengers: Age of Ultron.[9]
