Central Japan Railway Company

Central Japan Railway Company (東海旅客鉄道株式会社, Tōkai Ryokaku Tetsudō Kabushiki-gaisha) adalah pengendali kereta api utama yang beroperasi di kawasan Chūbu (Nagoya) di tengah Jepun. Secara rasmi syarikat itu disingkatkan sebagai JR Central atau JR Tokai (JR東海) dalam bahasa Jepun. JR Central beribu pejabat di JR Central Towers di Nakamura-ku, Nagoya, wilayah Aichi.[6]

Penyambung utama syarikat adalah Stesen Nagoya. Garis kereta tersibuk yang dikendalikan adalah Laluan Utama Tōkaidō antara Stesen Atami dan Stesen Maibara. JR Central juga mengendalikan Tōkaidō Shinkansen antara Stesen Tokyo dan Stesen Shin-Ōsaka.[7]
