Dingras atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Dingras merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Ilocos Utara, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 40,127 dalam isi rumah 9,927.
