Hinigaran atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Hinigaran merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Negros Barat, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 88,909 dalam isi rumah 22,592. Ia mempunyai luas 154.92 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 5.0 meter di atas permukaan laut.
