This policy is a [[Wikipedia:Polisi dan garis panduan|local policy]] created to allow for the extension of the jurisdiction of [[:en:Wikipedia:Policies and guidelines|the policies and guidelines of the English language Wikipedia]] so that they may apply, where applicable, to the Malay Wikipedia Embassy. Note that only relevant policies and guidelines apply, such as those pertaining to [[:en:Wikipedia:No personal attacks|personal attacks]]. This is done with a view as to the convinience of foriegn Wikipedians as guests, as we understand that many of them may not understand the Malay language. As the embassy is essentially a talk page, it is of course notable that only those policies and guidelines applicable to talk pages that will be applied and enforced. Enforcement is done by local administrators acting with the consensus of the local community, and is subject to local customs. Enforcement by foreign Wikipedians, whatever status they have, is '''not allowed''' (please just inform a local administrator). Policies and guidelines deemed inappropriate by the local community will be declared void and will thus have no applicable effect here.
