Ingatan baca sahaja atau lebih dikenali sebagai ROM adalah ingatan komputer "dibina dalam" yang mengandungi data yang biasanya hanya boleh membaca tapi tidak boleh ditulis.ROM mengandungi pengaturcaraan yang membolehkan komputer "boot" atau dijana semula setiap kali anda menghidupkannya. Data dalam ROM tidak hilang apabila kuasa komputer dimatikan. Contoh ingatan baca sahaja termasuk Erasable Programmable ROM ([[EPROM]]),Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), Mask ROM (MROM), dan Programmable ROM (PROM).
