Hello! I see that [[Pengguna:PeaceSearcher]] is doing a great work with orphan files! That is awesome!!! But admins need to look at [[:Kategori:Files without a license]]. I think you should start deleting the files. The files that shows covers etc can probably be kept. All they need is a fair use rationale and a non-free license (I added a copy from en.wiki to [[:Fail:City Hunter02.jpg]] but it would be better to add in local language). If you think the uploader is the photographer and uploader is still active you can of course ask uploader to add a license. But there is no way an internet file of a living person can be kept.
