Kronologi Mesoamerika membahagi sejarah Mesoamerika pra-Hispanik kepada beberapa zaman: Paleo-India (pendudukan manusia pertama hingga 3500 SM); Arkaik (sebelum 2600 SM), Praklasik atau Pembentukan (2500 SM – 250 M), Klasik (250–900 M), dan Pascaklasik (900–1521 M); serta Zaman Penjajah hubungan selepas Eropah (1521–1821), and Pascapenjajah, atau zaman selepas kemerdekaan daripada Sepanyol (1821–kini).

Penzamanan Mesoamerika oleh para penyelidik berdasarkan penyelidikan arkeologi, etnosejarah, dan antropologi budaya moden sejak awal abad ke-20. Ahli arkeologi, etnosejarawan, sejarawan, dan ahli antropologi budaya terus mengembangkan sejarah budaya rantau tersebut.[1]
