:I doubt that that would be extremely helpful. For one thing, just because it's the same IP doesn't mean that it's neccesarily the same user (unless the style looks suspicously similar). If you think it's the same user, maybe a more personal note would work better, something like "we notice this is the second time you have added to wikipedia, why don't you create a user account, and we can see if there is a more constructive way for you to participate?" -- [[Pengguna:Kowey|Kowey]] 17:30, 11 Apr 2004 (UTC)
