Sewaktu permainan video ini di keluar pada 4 Disember, 2007 dan pertama keluar daripada syarikat permainan video Brash Entertainment. Ia seperti The Chipmunk bermain di tempat seperti di majlis tari menari di Sekolah menengah , Pusat Sivik dan lain-lain. Dalam permainan video ini juga menampilkan lagu-lagu soundtrack Filem Alvin and the chipmunk, dan lebih 40 lagu dalam permainan video ini dan juga di tambah dengan lagu "All The Small Things" daripada Blink-182, It's Tricky daripada Run-D.M.C dan "Heartbreak hotel" daripada Elvis Presley. Cara bermainnya sama seperti Guitar Hero dan Rock Band.
