Analisis fungsi

Analisis fungsi ialah satu cabang analisis matematik, teras yang dibentuk oleh kajian ruang vektor diberikan beberapa jenis struktur berkaitan had (cth. hasil dalam, norma, topologi, dll.) dan fungsi linear ditakrifkan pada ruang ini.Ia mematuhi struktur ini dalam persamaan yang sesuai. Sejarah analisis fungsi bermula pada kajian ruang fungsi dan perumusan sifat transformasi fungsi seperti transformasi Fourier sebagai transformasi yang mentakrifkan operator berterusan, unitari dan lain-lain antara ruang fungsi. Ini pandangan ternyata menjadi amat berguna untuk kajian pengkamiran dan persamaan kamiran.

Salah satu mod getaran yang mungkin bagi kepala dram bulat yang ideal. Mod ini ialah fungsi eigen operator linear pada ruang fungsi, pembinaan biasa dalam analisis fungsi.
