Anna Paquin
Anna Hélène Paquin (/ˈpækwɪn/ PAK-win; lahir 24 Julai 1982) ialah seorang pelakon wanita New Zealand-Kanada.[1][2][3][4] Beliau dilahirkan di Winnipeg, Manitoba dan dibesarkan di Wellington, New Zealand, sebelum berpindah ke Los Angeles semasa zaman mudanya. Beliau menghabiskan pengajiannya selama setahun di Universiti Columbia, sebelum meninggalkannya untuk fokus pada kerjaya lakonannya. Semasa kecil, beliau menjayalam peranan sebagai Flora McGrath dalam filem drama romantis Jane Campion, The Piano (1993), walaupun memiliki sedikit pengalaman berlakon. Untuk persembahannya, beliau mendapat pujian kritis dan menerima Anugerah Akademi untuk Pelakon Pembantu Wanita Terbaik pada usia 11 tahun, menjadikannya pemenang kedua termuda dalam sejarah Oscar.[5][6]
