Bandar Lapu-Lapu atau lebih dikenali sebagai Bandar Bandar Lapu-Lapu merupakan sebuah bandar di wilayah Bisayak Tengah, Filipina. Bandar ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 497,604 dalam isi rumah 129,652. Ia mempunyai luas 58.10 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 70 meter di atas permukaan laut.
