Cawayan atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Cawayan merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Masbate, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 69,265 dalam isi rumah 16,169.
