Columbia Pictures
Columbia Pictures Industries, Inc. (juga dikenali sebagai Columbia Pictures atau Columbia sahaja) ialah sebuah syarikat penerbitan dan pengedar filem Amerika Syarikat yang kini menanggotai Columbia TriStar Motion Picture Group milik Sony Pictures Entertainment, anak syarikat konglomerat Sony dari Jepun.[2]

Studio filem yang diasaskan pada tahun 1919 dengan nama Cohn-Brandt-Cohn Film Sales oleh adik-beradik Jack dan Harry Cohn dan Joe Brandt ini mengeluarkan filem cetera pertamanya pada Ogos 1922. Ia memakai nama Columbia Pictures pada tahun 1924 dan menjual sahamnya kepada umum dua tahun kemudian. Bermula sebagai syarikat kecil di Hollywood pada tahun-tahun terawalnya, Columbia makin berkembang pada akhir 1920-an atas dorongan hubungan yang erat dengan pengarah Crank Capra.
Pada tahun 1982, studio ini dibeli oleh syarikat Coca-Cola; pada tahun yang sama, Columbia berusaha bersama HBO dan CBS untuk melancarkan TriStar Pictures. Lima tahun kemudian, Columbia dilepaskan oleh Coca-Cola, lalu bergabung dengan Tri-Star untuk membentuk Columbia Pictures Entertainment. Setelah tidak lama bebas walaupun kepentingan kewangannya dijaga oleh Coca-Cola, studio gabungan Columbia dan Tri-Star itu akhirnya dibeli oleh Sony pada tahun 1989.
