Sir Gregory Paul Winter (lahir 14 April 1951)[5] ialah seorang ahli biokimia British yang memenangi Hadiah Nobel yang paling terkenal dengan kerjanya mengenai penggunaan terapi antibodi monoklonal. Kerjaya penyelidikannya telah hampir sepenuhnya di Makmal Biologi Molekul MRC dan Pusat Kejuruteraan Protein MRC, di Cambridge, England.
