Isulan atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Isulan merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Sultan Kudarat, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 97,490 dalam isi rumah 22,547. Ia mempunyai luas 541.25 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 65 meter di atas permukaan laut.
