John Pemberton
John Stith Pemberton (8 Julai 1831 - 16 Ogos 1888) ialah seorang ahli farmasi Amerika yang paling terkenal sebagai pencipta Coca-Cola. Pada Mei 1886, beliau membangunkan versi awal minuman yang kemudiannya menjadi terkenal di dunia sebagai Coca-Cola, tetapi menjual haknya kepada minuman tersebut sebelum kematiannya.[1][2][3]

Pemberton meninggal akibat kanser perut pada usia 57 pada 16 Ogos 1888. Anak lelakinya Charley terus menjual formula bapanya, tetapi enam tahun kemudian Charles meninggal setelah menagih candu.[4]
