Lebak atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Lebak merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Sultan Kudarat, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 91,344 dalam isi rumah 22,155.
