Loreto atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Loreto merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Agusan Selatan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 43,880 dalam isi rumah 10,136. Ia mempunyai luas 1,462.74 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 335 meter di atas permukaan laut.
