Louis J. Ignarro (lahir 31 Mei 1941) ialah ahli farmakologi Amerika. Untuk menunjukkan ciri-ciri isyarat nitrik oksida, beliau ialah penerima bersama Hadiah Nobel dalam Fisiologi atau Perubatan 1998 bersama Robert F. Furchgott dan Ferid Murad.[1]
