San Isidro atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran San Isidro merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Bohol, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 9,909 dalam isi rumah 2,380.
