Sekuriti (kewangan)

Satu sekuriti adalah secara umumnya satu instrumen kewangan boleh runding membaur yang mewakili nilai kewangan.^[1] Sekuriti pada umumnya dikelaskan kepada:

skuriti hutang (seperti wang kertas, bon-bon dan debentur),
sekuriti ekuiti , e.g., saham biasa; dan,
kontrak-kontrakterbitan, seperti kontrak hadapan, futures, options and swaps.
