Victoria atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Victoria merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Mindoro Timur, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 52,175 dalam isi rumah 12,250. Ia mempunyai luas 146.23 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 34 meter di atas permukaan laut.
