Libagon atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Libagon merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Leyte Selatan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 15,244 dalam isi rumah 3,560. Ia mempunyai luas 98.62 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 150 meter di atas permukaan laut.
