Mandaon atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Mandaon merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Masbate, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 44,122 dalam isi rumah 9,833.
