Mario Capecchi
Mario Ramberg Capecchi (6 Oktober 1937) ialah ahli genetik molekul Amerika dan pemenang pertama Hadiah Nobel dalam Fisiologi atau Perubatan 2007 untuk menemui kaedah untuk mencipta tikus di mana gen tertentu dimatikan, yang dikenali sebagai tetikus kalah mati.[1][2][3][4] [5][6] Beliau berkongsi hadiah dengan Martin Evans dan Oliver Smithies. Beliau kini Profesor Cemerlang Genetik Manusia dan Biologi di Sekolah Perubatan Universiti Utah.[7][8][9][10][11]
