Pamplona atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Pamplona merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Camarines Selatan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 39,333 dalam isi rumah 8,637. Ia mempunyai luas 80.60 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 21 meter di atas permukaan laut.
