Pleksus koroid
Pleksus koroid ialah pleksus sel yang timbul daripada tela koroidea dalam setiap ventrikel otak.[1] Kawasan pleksus koroid menghasilkan dan merembeskan sebahagian besar cecair serebrospinal (CSF) sistem saraf pusat.[2] [3] Pleksus koroid terdiri daripada sel ependimal yang diubah suai mengelilingi teras kapilari dan tisu perantara kendur.[3] Silia berbilang pada sel ependimal bergerak untuk mengedarkan cecair serebrospinal.[4]
