Salcedo atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Salcedo merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Ilocos Selatan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 11,110 dalam isi rumah 2,836. Ia mempunyai luas 103.44 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 212 meter di atas permukaan laut.
