Sam Neill
Nigel John Dermot Neill DCNZM OBE (lahir 14 September 1947), lebih dikenali sebagai Sam Neill, ialah seorang pelakon, penulis, penerbit dan pengarah British-New Zealand. Dengan tradisi keluarga, beliau menikmati avokasi sebagai vigneron. Dilahirkan di Omagh, Northern Ireland, beliau berpindah Christchurch, New Zealand bersama keluarganya pada 1954.[1] Neill mula meraih mengiktirfan melalui kemunculannya dalam filem 1977 Sleeping Dogs, diikuti dengan peranan utama dalam My Brilliant Career (1979), Omen III: The Final Conflict, Possession (kedua-duanya 1981), A Cry in the Dark (1988), Dead Calm (1989), dan The Piano (1993). Beliau meraih kejayaan antarabangsa menerusi watak lakonannya sebagai Dr. Alan Grant dalam Jurassic Park (1993) dan Jurassic Park III (2001).
