Santa Rita atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Santa Rita merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Pampanga, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 48,209 dalam isi rumah 11,433. Ia mempunyai luas 29.76 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 16 meter di atas permukaan laut.
