Sarrat
Sarrat atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Sarrat merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Ilocos Utara, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 25,186 dalam isi rumah 6,442.
