Tabuelan atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Tabuelan merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Cebu, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 28,907 dalam isi rumah 7,545.
