Tingloy atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Tingloy merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Batangas, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 19,215 dalam isi rumah 5,103.
