William Bradford Shockley Jr. (13 Februari 1910 - 12 Ogos 1989) ialah ahli fizik dan pencipta Amerika. Shockley ialah pengurus kumpulan penyelidikan di Bell Labs yang termasuk John Bardeen dan Walter Brattain.
