Gunung Kailash (juga Kailasa; Kangrinboqê atau Gang Rinpoche; Tibet: གངས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ; Cina ringkas: 冈仁波齐峰Cina tradisional: 岡仁波齊峰; Sanskrit: कैलास, IAST: Kailāsa) ialah puncak tinggi 6,638 m (21,778 ka) di Banjaran Kailash (Pergunungan Gangdisê), yang membentuk sebahagian daripada Transhimalaya di Wilayah Ngari, Wilayah Autonomi Tibet, China.

Gunung ini terletak berhampiran Tasik Manasarovar dan Tasik Rakshastal, berhampiran dengan sumber beberapa sungai Asia terpanjang: Indus; Sutlej; Brahmaputra; dan Karnali, juga dikenali sebagai Ghaghara (anak sungai Gangga) di India.
