Mayantoc atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Mayantoc merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Tarlac, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 32,597 dalam isi rumah 8,232.
