Pertempuran El Agheila adalah peperangan singkat Kempen Gurun Barat dalam Perang Dunia Kedua. Ia berlaku pada bulan Disember 1942 antara Tentera Darat Kelapan (Jeneral Bernard Montgomery) dari Pihak Bersekutu dan Tentera Darat Panzer Jerman-Itali (Generalfeldmarschall Erwin Rommel) dari Kuasa Paksi, sewaktu pengunduran panjang Paksi daripada El Alamein ke Tunis. Ia berakhir dengan Ketumbukan Panzer Jerman-Itali meneruskan pengundurannya ke arah Tunisia, dimana Kempen Tunisia telah bermula dengan Operasi Torch (8–16 November 1942).
