Pinamalayan atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Pinamalayan merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Mindoro Timur, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 90,383 dalam isi rumah 21,322. Ia mempunyai luas 282.26 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 25 meter di atas permukaan laut.
