Carlos Filipe Ximenes Belo

Carlos Filipe Ximenes Belo SDB, GCL (lahir 3 Februari 1948) ialah seorang uskup Roman Katolik Timor Timur. Kehidupan keagamaannya secara terbuka mengecam pendudukan Indonesia brutal negaranya. Pada tahun 1996, beliau berkongsi Hadiah Keamanan Nobel dengan José Ramos-Horta untuk bekerja "ke arah penyelesaian yang adil dan damai terhadap konflik di Timor Timur".[1][2]
