Daging kambing merupakan daging yang diperoleh daripada kambing bela jinak (Capra aegagrus hircus).

Setakat 2010 daging kambing dimakan oleh lebih daripada 10% populasi dunia, iaitu 6% daripada penggunaan daging merah sedunia.[1][2][3][4] Ia merupakan makanan ruji di Afrika, Asia dan Amerika Selatan/Tengah, dan juga makanan istimewa dalam masakan Eropah.[5]
