Dell Henderson
George Delbert "Dell" Henderson (5 Julai 1877 — 2 Disember 1956) merupakan pelakon, penulis skrip dan pengarah filem Kanada-Amerika. Beliau telah memulakan kerjaya dalam bidang perfileman sejak era filem senyap lagi.[1]

Biografi
suntingDilahirkan di St. Thomas, Ontario, Dell Henderson memulakan kerjayanya sebagai pelakon pentas dan Monday Morning in a Coney Island Police Court (1908) menjadi filem pertama beliau. Henderson banyak bekerjasama dengan pengarah D.W. Griffith sejak 1909. Beliau turut muncul dalam beberapa filem terbitan Mack Sennett dan Keystone Studios. Selain berlakon, Henderson turut mengarahkan hampir 200 buah filem senyap sepanjang tahun 1911 sehingga 1928.[2] Kebanyakan filemnya telah hilang dan dilupakan.
Selepas bersara dari pengarahan filem pada tahun 1927, beliau memulakan semula kerjayanya sebagai pelakon sepenuh masa dan memainkan peranan dalam The Crowd (1928) dan sebagai Jeneral Marmaduke Pepper dalam Show People (1928). Kemunculan filem bersuara telah menghancurkan kerjaya lakonan beliau dan beliau dilihat sering melakonkan watak-watak kecil sahaja.
Henderson meninggal dunia akibat serangan jantung di Hollywood di usia 79.[3][4] Beliau pernah mengahwini pelakon Florence Lee sehingga kematiannya. Mereka pernah muncul dalam beberapa buah filem bersama-sama.
