:I doubt that that would be extremely helpful. For one thing, just because it's the same IP doesn't mean that it's neccesarily the same user (unless the style looks suspicously similar). :Interesting idea, but I'd prefer that we developed the encyclopaedic side of things first. Already there is the slight problem where Wikipedia Melayu is a big list of lists and statistics, instead of an actual encyclopaedia with explanations and text for people to learn about anything. This is just a matter of time, of course, but I think first things should come first and the US cities bots are not a very high priority. If we want to use bots, I'd suggest we operate an [[meta:Interwiki bot|interwiki bot]] first, and then look into some kind of bot for copying articles and diffs between here and [[:id:|Bahasa Indonesia]]. :Bots is helpful if use correctly. Example, for country / state table information together with flag and state creast, this can save a lot of Dekoelie efforts. But, is there such standard info? If I understand correctly, US city information was taken from some source (state census), which then populated by bots into Wikepedia. I do not think there is standard pharse / sentences that easily translated. Interesting if it work. ::I think [[Pengguna:Kowey|Kowey]] is right. Texts and explanations which are interesting or useful for the readers of the Malay (and also Indonesian) wikipedia have to come first. I'm afraid I have to say that US cities statistics are indeed not a very high priority because they are not that interesting and useful. For the sake of completeness they can be included, of course (eventually). You'll never know that someone might need them. On commenting [[Pengguna:Yosri|Yosri]] about the populating the smaller Wikipedias with tables, I don't think that will be interesting. Why? Because these informations can be found on the bigger Wikipedias. I think the smaller Wikipedias should concentrate on the specific culture they represent. Hello Kowey, I see things are getting well on the Malay side, you now have 3 administrators. BTW what is a bureacrate? What is the difference with a sysop and/or ordinary administrator?
There are also many contributors here, unlike on the Indonesian side. I tend to get the idea that Indonesians are lazy or at least lazier than Malaysians and Singaporeans. If they don't get the information they want, they start vandalising the page the hoped they would find.

:Hi Yosri. There are several ways to archive the page. One possibility is to copy the contents to a subpage like [[Perbualan_Pengunna:Yosri/Archive1]]. Another way is to is refer to the archive history. For this, you'll have to copy and modify the links from my talk page. Finally, you could do a trick like this: delete the new content; revert your talk page to only contain new content, then refer to the message id in the history. This might not be very clear right now, but I'm pretty exhausted after a long work-trip, so maybe i'll explain it better some other time -- [[Pengguna:Kowey|Kowey]] 23:55, 7 May 2004 (UTC)
