Please note the following:-

1. You can request to keep article with valid reference. Simply appeared in newspaper is not, but a whole dedicated article to him is yes.

2. You can request but not dictate. The admin will decide based on the merit.

3. Never use another wiki pages whatever language /blog/facebook/sosial media as proof. They are usually not consider as a valid reference.

4. English wiki and Bahasa Melayu wiki is not interchangable. However, we do take note if it is retained after 6 months. This is due to the fact, it also can be deleted there at any time for same reason. If it is retain, usually it have valid reference, therefore keep here because of valid reference, not because it is in another wiki.

5. If he win the election, he be qualified.

6. Never remove admin tag as action can be taken without any further warning.

Dear sir,

1. I believe that the English Wiki article being mention is being question under https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:GNG#General_notability_guideline See discussion pages. As I say earlier, it takes time over there to reach decision, due to the volume.
2. English Wiki and Wikipedia Bahasa Melayu is not the same org / entity.
3. Please read https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability_(people)#Politicians
4. The reference given is iffy due to 1 - just being picked to stand in the Bukit Gelugor by-election, is not notable. Winning is. 2 - Mahkamah Rayuan putus Anwar bersalah meliwat pembantunya, penjara lima tahun (not about him) 3 - SEGERA: Ramkarpal Singh Diumum Calon DAP Bukit Gelugor (Not yet elected. See no 1) 4 - Karpal Singh maut kemalangan (not about him; Just being there is not notable.)
5. By right, the article does not qualify to be there. I let it slide with a tag, because high chance of him winning. But if he lose, the article will be merge to his father / brothers). Jagdeep Singh Deo is qualified article. If he lose, he be merged in his brother article.
6. Exception can be applied if one of the local Sysop willing to sponsor for the article to stay. (This would be a poor reason.) I will mention this in Kedai Kopi for sponsorship.
