Lugus atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Lugus merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Wilayah Suluk, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 29,043 dalam isi rumah 5,044.
